This event is a collaboration between Bizperation and Women Empowering Women National

The Enneagram identifies nine different ways of seeing the world.
The Enneagram offers more than other personality typology systems. Deeper than simply looking at what you do and predicting behavior, the Enneagram is a tool to help you stop unhealthy patterns and find joy in who you really are.

Certified Enneagram coach and veteran trainer Jenn Whitmer helps women leaders live peaceful, confident, and powerful lives. She will guide participants through a three-week course to discovering your Enneagram type and doing something with it. You will walk away with a deeper understanding of your motivations, empowered in your leadership, and confident to manage conflict in your business and your life.
    More about Jenn at jennwhitmer.com.

    Week 1: Enneagram Road Map
What is this tool? What are the types? How do I figure out mine?
Get ready for an introduction to the depth and structure of the Enneagram as a tool for self-discovery. This is no party game or number mumbo-jumbo. This tool helps give you a map to discovering your inner motivations, what trips you up, and what makes you thrive.

Week 2: Enneagram Leadership and Relational Styles
Everyone has a style. Own yours.
Every person has gifts to bring to a leadership position. Your leadership style is an extension of your relationship style. Working through your intelligence and how you relate to people will free you to live in your true self—so you don’t waste any more time being something you're not in relationships or fighting that imposter syndrome.

Week 3: Enneagram Conflict Coping Style
    Cool Cucumber. Dynamite. Silver Linings.
In self-discovery, we’re looking for our triggers and patterns—the good and the not so helpful. You have a conflict coping style that comes out when you face disappointment or relational conflict—which happen every day. Learn how to recognize your unhealthy reactions so you can replace them with powerful actions to thrive through disappointment.

** A link to the virtual workshop platform will be sent to you once your registration is complete.

    GUEST SPEAKER: Megan Martin

TOPIC:  Changing Careers During the Coronavirus

    Fri, October 23, 2020 - 11:30am-1:00pm

Unexpected events or shocks disrupt our habitual routines, jolt us out of our comfort zones, and lead us to ask big questions about what matters and what is worth doing. It’s no wonder, then, that during the current pandemic, many people are rethinking their careers.

But is this really the right time? Even for those of us lucky enough not be sick, caring for others who are sick, or scrambling to make ends meet, the pandemic has increased uncertainty and caught us unprepared — psychologically and financially. The situation feels threatening.

It’s hard to dive wholeheartedly into reinventing your career if you’re feeling risk-averse or are worried about your prospects.

So how do we balance the pressing need to ensure basic survival — of our families and firms — with what may well be a growing urge to do something new after this crisis has subsided?

Come join us as Megan Martin guides us through these questions and more in our newest PowerHER Up speaker series.

This will be a Zoom Live session - we will send attendees a Zoom meeting link via registered email with instructions before the scheduled meeting.

    please read:

Because of restrictions due to COVID-19 the team at WEW has made the hard decision that all regular in-person Women Empowering Women meetings and events will be all online and virtual through the rest of 2020. An overwhelmingly positive response from a peer group of current WEW Attendees and members to also merge and reduce the number of current meetings in a month has also been addressed.

PLEASE NOTE: These chapters are NOT closing!! The minute it is deemed safe to have in-person meetings again all of these chapter leaders will be in action to bring WEW back to local events.

We are keeping the calendar dates the same and reserving the original space for all of the chapters but we will put a notice on the chapters that have been "merged" to make it easier for regular attendees to find the new date/time.
